Hi, I'm Laura aka "elbonzo".

My design journey started when I was young, scribbling in notebooks and experimenting with words and letterforms, before I knew that could be a job! That curiosity for visual expression has stayed with me ever since.
I graduated with a Bachelor of Visual Communication Design from the University of Newcastle in 2016. Drawn to both practical and creative work, I’ve spent time across design, sewing, garment printing, and currently I continue to work part-time as a physiotherapist. That balance has shaped how I approach design - with care, intention, and a strong focus on the person at the centre of the work.
Over the years, I’ve developed a particular love for branding, album artwork and collage art. But what I value most is helping people clarify their ideas and see their vision take shape, bringing authenticity and heart into meaningful projects.
Inspiration finds me in everyday details: hand-painted signage and neon typography, film photography, music, natural landscapes, vintage botanicals, New Mexican architecture, and making old things new.

One woman show
As sole owner and designer, I take pride in my work and greatly value the relationships I make with clients. All communication goes directly through me for a seamless, timely service.
Technically trained
AI and DIY technology can provide a great starting point to help conceptualise your ideas. But I can take your ideas further, with experience and training in design theory and application. Knowing when to follow the rules, and knowing when to break them to achieve the best result for your brief.
Artistically driven
Creativity is at the forefront of my idea generation and execution. Providing an artistic flare and personalisation to your project to help set it apart from the rest.
